Free Shipping for orders $150+
Shipping is free for orders $150 and up within the U.S. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days within the U.S.

We ship our products across the globe! Shipping cost calculations are based on delivery location, and can be seen within the checkout process.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $300 within the U.S. Orders under $300 will be charged shipping based on weight and destination at checkout. Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Delivery issues or product damage from shipping
Damaged product (concealed or otherwise) is the responsibility of the carriers. If you receive a damaged parcel upon delivery, have the driver note “damaged” on the delivery sheet. Call your local delivery office as soon as possible so an inspection can be made. Then call our office at (855) 272.7220 with your name and invoice number (which can be found in your order confirmation email).
Should you discover damaged product after opening the parcel, follow the same procedure as above (hold onto shipping container and damaged product). Neither the carrier nor DaVinci can be held liable unless this procedure is followed. We will assist your efforts and apply credits appropriately.
If a product is received in error, please contact customerservice@Cscprivatelabel.com so we can issue a call tag, have the product picked up, and reship the correct item(s).
Return and Refund Policies
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in its original, unopened condition. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@Cscprivatelabel.com to obtain return authorization. An Account Representative will guide you through the process. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, regardless of any freight allowance applied to the initial order.
